Following our national interest in "lists", what have the panel found to be the worst or most annoying design glitches from boat builders? Engine accessability / hoods that remove your finger nails / cupboards that skin your knuckles etc

I no particular order
Helm seats - why do you get a drivers seat that adjusts for reach, rake and height in even the cheapest car and yet on a £300k boat you dont
Helms in general - why cant you see over the bow on most boats when on the plane? Why dont all helms have chart tables?
Fridges - why design a galley with a fridge that opens astern so that all the contents fall out when you open the door whilst planing?
Circular seating - this wastes an enormous amount of space so why do it in a boat which is generally limited on space?
Cockpit/flybridge seating - why make the backrests so low that its uncomfortable to sit for more than a few minutes?
Engine access - why do you have to be a double jointed dwarf to reach most service points?
Anchors - why hide the anchor under a bloody great beak or platform so that you can't see it when you raise or lower it?
Cockpit canopies - is there really no better way to secure a canopy than poppers, zips and bungie cords?
Fenders - where do you store them so that they are easily accessed?
Boarding - why cant all boats have a little step in the topsides to help you get on board?
Rubbing strake - why are rubbing strakes nice shiny easily damaged stainless steel instead of solid rubber?

I could go on and on but I wont only to say that all boat designers should be condemned to spend 2 weeks on their creations and suffer what they've done to others
