Might cheat a bit by bringing a MP3 player and one disc. That way I'll have at least 8-10 of my all time favs:
Deep Purple - Made in Japan
Zappa-The best band you've never.....(disc 1)
Zappa-Helsinki concert (disc 1)
Led Zeppelin-compalation How the West...,The song remains..,Physical Graffity..
Pink Floyd-Animals, Wish you were here
Rainbow-Live on stage
Rush-Exit, stage left
PJ Harvey-Is this desire?
Marillion-Afraid of sunlight
In case the disc got some free space.. Gillan-your sister's on my list.....

I can see I would end up grabbing the CDs I string up in the riggin' to frighten off the birdies.

Of course these are Robbie Williams and Cliff R. The birds hate 'em.

But really It has to be ... U2 Best of 1990--2000.

Playing the game by the book, my four tracks would be....

1) Like A Hurricane - Neil Young
2) All Along The Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix
3) Rave On John Dunne - Van Morrison
4) Nantucket Sleighride - Mountain (live 36 minute version!)

Book = On The Road - Jack Kerouac (or Birdsong - Sebastian Faulks)

Luxury Item = Decent sized, well equipped yacht with fully stocked galley.

That should do it!
