Is there a means to group together interesting and informative threads/posts where you can come along at will later and cherry pick the info. In the past I have saved them to a desktop file, but as this system updates they degrade and become less accessible.
For instance there is an interesting post re WiFi improvement that at the moment I only partially understand and will have to ask Mr Google to explain but I will have to rely on memory or pencil and paper to return to it, that seems sloppy in todays world.
Not sure I've explained it too well. Is that the wine or galloping years.
Thanks
Keith

Personally I just remember roughly what they were about, and have reasonable success finding them again with Google. But if you want to keep a personal list, why not just use the bookmark system built into your browser? I believe all the existing links have remained compatible through the recent forum upgrade.

I usually bookmark the page as well and have a folder structure to help find things.

Don't know if this will work as well. You can go to your account, choose settings and look for subscriptions. Edit folders and create a folder for items you want to keep e.g. "RememberThese". That will make it easy to see them vs. normal subscriptions list.

Now open a thread and select Thread Tools from top right and pick Subcriptions and select the new folder.

Go back to your account, settings page an open the folder. It will list the "subscribed" thread.
