Its not the country but the dentist. Being able to find a good dentist is a liveaboard skill!
I found a great dentist in Fiji a couple of years ago. His equipment was ancient and his prices below NHS rates. But he successfully did root-canal work and fitted a crown that in England I had been told was "impossible".
