I sadly only found out this week mainly as we moved our mooring to the top end of Shotley and being mainly on our ship weekends, that Colin Denny passed away. Colin was a lovely man a gentler soul you could not have wished to meet.
He often posted informative information relating to tidal surges on the East Coast and set the 2016 ECF Christmas Quiz http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.php?470090-Christmas-Quiz-2016&highlight=dennyjc
Colin was no age and fit as a flea so it was a major shock when I found out this week.
