I have just purchased what I believe to be a Dell Quay Dory 13. The name on the boat says "Pacific Tender" and from my research, it appears to have been manufactured in Washington State by a company that went out of business in the early '80s however it appears in every detail to be a really good copy of the DQD. I have been dealing with the dreaded waterlogged foam issue for a couple of months now (boat hasn't hit the water yet). Is anybody familiar with this company or give me any indication that this is in fact a DQD rebadged?
If it is, I would also like information on sourcing replacment for the wide black gunwale trim and hardware. Other than suffering the cosmetic ravages of being at least 35 years old, she seems pretty solid.
