Definitely an "oops" moment !

Coming in to the fuel berth at Bray yesterday morning and putting the port engine into reverse when the control lever came off in my hand !!!

Engine was actually in reverse by then so extremely quick situation assessment and handy-holdy action to get it back into neutral.

Allen head locking bolt turned out to be a tad loose. Have you checked yours recently - and could you find the right size allen key in a hurry??

Yes its still there,but not allowed to use it much these days !
