definitely a stupid question......re bowsprit modification

after posting here some time ago, there was much unanimous helpful opinion that i should lose some of the ridiculously-ubiquitous steel pulpit which travels around the entire 7ft (!) fixed bowsprit of my boat, and redesign the bowsprit to be either lifting (dutch-barge stlye) or retractable (like one or two manx nobbys i have seen). Problem is-such jobs are WAAAAY beyond my ability so i need some professional help. anyone got any good recommendations for designing and conducting this sort of work in the brighton (south-east) area? many thanks.

um.....ok then. Anyone know ANYONE, anywhere in the whole country to do this sort of thing....? my local rigging company looked at me as if i was mad.....

Don\'t know anyone in Brighton

But Robertsons in Woodbridge or Alan Staley in Faversham could do it and there must be many more that are nearer.
