We hope to set off tomorrow for a month or three and it looks as if we might catch a few days of northerlies to help us down the Channel. We had thought of meeting an HR group in the Solent and crossing with them to Cherbourg etc, but SWMBO thought it might be more congenial to go down the French coast.
It now seems that the management has decided that it would be nice to be in England for the Jubilee anyway so that she can watch it on her new telly, and what with my having paid out for a month's dongling, I suppose that is what we will do.
Unless we change our minds. Anyone elso going that way?
