Post your entries to Decembers Photo comp here please.

Remember photos should be your own work ,taken in December and reflect some aspect of the Bristol Channel at this time of year.

Good Luck. Keep them coming.

I went to the boat last night and checked the logbook. We have not sailed once in November, not even the bay. Shocking.

And for that reason, I'm out!

You've only got yourself to blame Alcyone. There's been some lovely days in November. The problem I've had with November is that the metoffice and windguru forecasts have been way too miserable. xcweather has been much more on the ball. I was sailing last night off Avonmouth and it was beautiful with the spinnaker up under a full moon.

Good luck and get out there in December. I reckon winter '09 was better than summer '09 weather-wise. So by extrapolation....

Ok, so this is a bit tenuous BC-wise. This was the frost on our Velux this morning which faces the Bristol Channel although about 30 miles inland!

At the moment your winning as even though the Sharpness pic is outstanding Buster 3 is this months judge and yours is the only other entry :-)

Have to see if I can knock you pff your spot :-)

You're absolutely right. Finally got the Rib 'finished' and managed to get out i the bay with that, but no sailing. Spent two weekends helping a friend do his house up. He was the guy who introduced Louise and I to sailing, so I don't mind that.

Anyway, I'd obviously missed that I can enter, if I get out in Dec. Fingers crossed.
