December ECF meet at The Waggon and Horses

DLW will be working that night, think I'll either be on standby or shift swapping so it looks like another one I can't make :-(

Can always tell when someone replies using a tablet, short, sweet and to the point

Thanks for taking up the mantle Clive, having some idea of numbers expected gives me a chance to organise staff so I can hope to take the night off and join you all, also helps if I know of any special dietary requirements. Knowing Doug's coming means I may go ahead with the vegetarian mushroom wellington I'm working on, so Mrs PD can give an opinion

Promise I won't spoil any pic's

THanks Clive for picking this one up. I had been meaning to post a suggestion post poll so it is good you have plumped for a date.
I am in for the 7th Dec. BTW very much carniverous - preference is always Stek bleu.

We would have loved to attend but that weekend is booked for a family visit to Paultons Park to see Santa with the grandchildren

We will pop by for lunch or dinner next time we are down at the Yard

Maybe! Would it be a major hassle to have a gluten free & dairy free option, if so I'll eat beforehand?

Not at all Jim, there are plenty of other options to replace both or avoid completely, even managed to help out a couple of ex copper mates who were gluten intollerant so hadn't had cod and chips in years. They enjoyed it, and not just because they were friends. Another customer who was starch intolerant was a bit more difficult to satisfy, but we managed it. Surprising how much has starch in it. Been poorly for a few days so the website's out of date, new menu going up soon. Need my head right to edit html

Hello! We're quite new to boating+the forums but would like to come and introduce ourselves. We will be three adults and two children aged 11 and 12, unless the children aren't welcome, in which case it will be two adults.
