Day boat by Upnor Castle with Shredded Foresail

What a great weekend to be out on the water.

On Saturday I made the best of the weather and took a short trip from Gillingham up to Rochester Bridge. On the way I spotted this day boat moored just upriver of Upnor Castle with its foresail badly shredded. I suspect that it has been like this for some time, but it anyone knows the owner, perhaps you could let them know.

Looks like it's beyond a bit of repair tape!

Edit to add - received reply to my email sent to the harbourmaster within an hour. Great response from the club, though not the owner!

You have obviously been unlucky with a delivery recently, my commiseration. I too photograph packages if there is any sign of external damage.
