I have an McMurdo epirb 406 that was accidentally left in the onboard tumbledrier on a hot whites setting, instead of the woollens setting I usually use.

It has now shrunk and only transmits on 203. I can't find anything in the manual or the company website about this problem.

Anyone experienced a similar glitch, or know where I can get it repaired?

Excellent stuff - I have 4 cans of LP and 2 bottles of ESB to savour this weekend. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Not going to get much work done on the boat though according to the weather forecast. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

If the tumble dryer was on 121.5 just re set it for another dry on 406 degrees.

Swmbo is on about seeing parents in London, so i may come up next weekend. Weather isn't really a big issue but nicer if its dry!
