Well you can think what you like of course, but the thread was not posted as a troll, it was just my opinion on an incident. It certainly amazed me that it has gone over 200 posts.
To be honest, I can't quite understand why it has become so polarised, it was never a raggie verses stinky thing, but the raggies have certainly got very defensive over it.
The enquiry will come to it's findings in due course, and when it does, I will be very interested to find out what they are. If I am wrong, and the Raggie is not to blame for the situation, that's absolutely fine by me.
However, it did say somewhere in the last report that the raggie was racing, and that they are waiting for a statement from the club that organised the race. Perhaps, the racing fervour took over from his good judgement, or maybe it was something else altogether? I reckon we will just have to wait and see?

[/ QUOTE ]OK I'll accept I could be wrong regarding your intentions. It did look like it though, especially with your later post ...

"Are people really going to say that Ferry driver didn't know what he was doing ?"
Oh aye, on here they will, that's what makes it so entertaining! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
[/ QUOTE ]Which is strange really, because you seem to be implying that its laughable to believe that a professional mariner could ever make a mistake. I'm sure you don't really think that.
