Hi new to forum d4 260 on a 44 aquila cat have had problem with overheating over 3000 rpms have flushed system salt water side new thermostat new impella water flow has always been good same as port engine port runs at 185 deg Fahrenheit starboard runs 185 till 2900-3000 rpm then jumps to 196,then 201then 204 and eventually will set of a warning if i do not throttle down so decided to get price for heat exchanger service and $5000-6000 did not want to pay so i started taking heat exchanger off took out all bolts that i could find into block looked a schematic looks like i got them all but the heat exchanger will not move off the engine block of wood and mallet for some gentle persuasion still did not move i then sprayed some penetrating lubricant and still nothing went back looked at all possible missed bolts nothing found any idea how to remove heat exchanger from engine?
