D3 220I-D 2015 miss at 2500 and above

New to group and volvoD3
Test ran boat last month all well.
Put in water yesterday and anything over 2500 the engine sneezes and jerks for a split second. No rpm change and will turn up more if pushed.
Fuel clean and full serviced less then 50 hours.
Any one with some ideas?
No Volvo dealers in my area

Welcome, hopefully someone knowledgeable will answer soon. Are you saying it does this but will rev cleanly above this or does it keep doing it?

Yes it will rev up to max rpm

Don't follow the anything over bit. Does happen at 2500rpm then rev cleanly or is it 2500rpm and above it misses? Or does it happen once but at random speeds above 2500rpm?
