D2-40 plastic coolant drain tap seized

There are 2 on the block, one each side. One is completely immovable and as it is just plastic, a real risk of snapping and then I’m in trouble. Drained the block through the other tap and got about 3.2 litres out from the approx 6 litre capacity. Any thoughts on how to remove the stuck tap?

It should indeed and the other one does. I suspect a very overenthusiastic tech at the factory as I have already found the air filter screw had been cross threaded and forced in and I had to drill it out.
