Cutting Paste recomendations?

Looking to make some Gel Coat repairs to my deck & hull and read an article that recommends cutting past after sanding down at varoius grades.

I haven't been able to find any in the swinderies. Can anyone recomend something?

yup thats the stuff to use G3 or G6.. but get it from your local motor factors.

Halfords own brand stuff is good in my experience and easy to get hold of

Had seen some profile 400 in the yards store, but was put off by the Medium classigification.

Wondered if it was going to provide the desired result.

That should work pretty well, you will want something finer to finish off with though.

Car body shops also do P1200 wet and dry sand paper (very fine) - I usually work from P600 to P1200 and then use car colour restorer / polish to bring the shine back
