Culatra Ferry Dock

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a water taxi from the Culatra Ferry Dock to a boat in the anchorage and if so, how much do they charge per person?

There's no ferry service to boats on anchor to/from Culatra or anywhere else and the water taxis charge I'm told about €25.

I would have though fellow yachties would be happy to give you a lift or offer a local fisherman some €s. I recall the jetty usually fairly busy with both.

Long time back, but we missed the ferry on one of the other islands, as didn't realise which order it called at them. So walked into the bar and asked the fishermen if anybody would take us back to Olhão. No problem, though he was a bit gung ho... Cost a couple of beers.
