I get between 1-2 litres/hr consumption depending on the conditions. I'm not sure what the tank capacity is as I've not owned her long enough to have time to check but she did 32hrs under power on her delivery trip back to Penzance last summer.
Enginge Beta BZ482 (13.5hp), 2 blade fixed prop (soon to be changed) 2300-2750 RPM. Normally use 2500 RPM for cruising.
I think you are lucky to have the extra HP, I don't think 13.5 is enough when the going gets tough. I thought 20-25 would be more useful.

EDIT, I should add that I put in another 12 litres off Lands End just to be safe but there was a fair amount left once we arrived.

28 hp, 25 ft lwl, 6.7 tons, 6 knots 2200 rpm, 2.5 litres/hour, 50 l tank.
I used to regard 100l as the minimum tank size for a 16-30 hp diesel. However, given the uncertainties about the stability, oxidation, water absorption and hydrolysis of vegetable-derived diesel fuel components, I am going to stick with the 50l tank and carry extra fuel in plastic 10 litre cans for longer trips.

At economical cruise and 2200 rpm, range is about 100 hours and 700 miles, with 82 litres reserve for generating and heating.

Whats kinda interesting is that sail boats often get about 9mpg and fast light MOBOs get slightly less.
For example : Sailing boat: 3L/hr at 5knots gives about 9mpg
Planing speedboat: 15L/hr at 23knts gives about....8.5mpg

Interesting. But are you comparing similar size boats?
By the way 3L/hr at 5 knots for a sailing boat sounds a bit too much. It sounds like a mismatch of engine vs boat size. 2l/hr probably sounds more reasonable (actually even this is slightly high).

Regarding speedboat consumption, I cannot comment. I don't have any experience with them.

Cruising at 2400-2500 rpm (max.3400) will consume around 2.5lt/hr giving speed around 6knots (depending on sea state of course; calm water, clean propeller will drive up to 6,3).
Range in theory is 30 hours maximum but I would never motor more than 20 hours without refilling.

5 knots =5 litres per hour, but goes up to around 15 litres per hour @ 8 knots

Once motored for 5.5 days non stop (!!!) in mirror like flat calm coming back from the Azores.
