crossing the atlantic at age 14

Thank you all on the advice to do with crossing the Atlantic but mainly for saftey reasons and partly in fear of tcm getting nicked if anything happened to me, I've decided that crossing the Atlantic would and could be very dangerous even if I was experienced. Thank you for supporting me and treating me seriously.

If you do the crossing in school hols what's the problem?

but on the other hand I have to respect your decision to wait until you have even more experience under your belt..

To be honest from what I've heard crossing the Atlantic is less challenging than crossing the channel .. at least as far as pilotage is concerned.. One who shall remain nameless runs for open seas at the slightest whif of a bad forecast rather than getting stuck on dodgy shore in inclement weather..
