My Aquador 26 has an OD, ok on a trailer, would not want to keep any OD in the water 24/7.
Not sure what’s under an Aq 32, but they are nice boats.
It’s not just the speed that gets you there faster, its the direction too vs a raggy.

32Cs come with a single shaft - older ones usually a Yanmar 6 - some newer ones a Volvo D6 which gives ~20-22 knot cruise. They are quite cramped for a "32" foot boat though and expensive for what you get IMO. I would personally go for a heavier semi-displacement hull for better seakeeping and sacrifice 4 knots on the cruise speed.

Ah, now you see, no pain. As for the outdrives, maybe, grudgingly, a little, sting. But only on the rare occasion. Once a year tops. Nothing to fret about.

I can make 8-9 knots on a good day which with a 6 knot tide gives me forward motion of 2-3 knots, now that's progress.
More progress is that I now have a deposit on my boat and if all goes well with the survey I will have readies.
I was also going to recommend the Beneteau Swift Trawler 34 with a Cummins. I think it might be your perfect boat.
A similar recommendation was made at #2. A popular choice.
