Hope this is the right place to post.
Does anyone know if one of these lifejackets (both being sold as euro 100's) is an old design?

I must say, to my eye, the first one looks safer, but I'm no expert.
They are for kids in a dinghy, so I'd like to buy the better one.
Or does anyone have a better recommendation? 23kg upwards...no heavier than 35kg.
A magazine recently stated that Helly Hannsen (I think) were the only manufacturer to actually test their jackets on properly weighted dummies to test the turning over moments... but Helly Hannsen only sell 10-25kg jacket.
