anybody know where I can download an official lokking crew list please?

I dont know, but there is a crewlist page in the MCA logbook. Or print your own, and make it look official by the use of a ships stamp (see other thread on stamps)

We just printed details in a spreadsheet with these columns

Boat name
Reg number
Tonnage
Length
Beam
Draft
Hull material
Hull colour
Rig
Engine Hp

Then in another block of columns

Family name
Christian name
D/O/B
Place of birth
Passport number
Nationality
