Is there anyone out there who would be interested in sailing a 52' S & S built in 1942, she defeated Stormy Weather in 1948 in the Miami - Nassau and also the St. Petersburg - Havana races, she wll be ariving from USA in late September and we need to get her to Cyprus. Yes I would be interested, I sail a 1920 cutter rigged yawl. Am booked late october for passage from Lisbon to Canaries. I am a sailing enthusiast, aged 58 but fit! sensible and calm, female, non smoker. Some qualifications and mainly East Coast sailing experiennce.
