Crew placements for long cruises (Atlantic?)

hi,

i'm interested in doing some long cruises this summer other than what i would normally do.
Mainly i'm interested in doing the Atlantic but would just as much enjoy other long trips.

I was wandering if anyone required crew for any cruises planned in the summer or if not could suggest anywhere to look to find placements.

Responses would be greatly appreciated.

the forum at www.worldcruising.com is mainly a crew exchange though most of the posters are crew so there's a lot of competition.

crewseekers costs money but is said to be fairly effective.

also there is the wanted forum on this site.
