I had a valet on the boat last week, thanks Mary. Anyhow Mary emailed the local Ancasta team, (she couldn't get a hold of me), that she'd found a couple of small issues on the boat. I went down tp the tub today to find James from Ancasta working through the list.
Tiny piece of caulking coming away
Blocked combing drain
3mm dint in the topside gel coat
Bearing in mind the boat is two and a half years old I think it's pretty impressive customer service.
I guess the chocolates and wine at Christmas helped! Anyway, a big thanks to Ancasta, again.
'Course if I get a bill in the post, expect an edit!
