God how i hate those words and the sentiment that stems from them!!!

Anyways....we are all suffering as a result of the testing times and taking cuts to reflect same,is your home marina doing the same,soooo...
Are people doing deals??

Be it with insurance companies,Marina fee`s,maintenence,brokers,etc..

I know that some marinas are being realistic and some are chancing their arm which is not good for anyone in the long run,so what do you pay?

NO NAMES OR BUISNESS NAMES MENTIONED PLEASE.....

We pay £52.00 per ft plus .29/unit plus vat for leccy (is this legal),plus lift out fees when required, plus vat,
I think its a bit much tbh.

Dunno about the leccy - never use the stuff myself, got a good battery bank!

As for the £52 per foot, assuming that's per year, you dont know when you're well off !
Its roughly double that for a marina berth on the Thames and the Solent area is even higher.
