Wondering if anyone has experience of one of these. Of particular interest being ride characteristics in chop. They seem to be available with V8 petrols or KAD 32.

I like them, particularly with the KAD32. Fairly low freehold so wouldn't want to be out in one in too much of a chop. Trailerable too.

I have a client with one , kad 32 , no trim tabs fitted , he says it’s a nice boat and think it’s his third crunchie

Hi, we had one, our first boat... a 2002 for 6 years 5.7 GXI petrol no tabs, great boat nothing but positive things. She was fine in the chop, 0.8 high waves was our max (not necessarily the boats), not always the best in large swell but would be no worse than any other 24’ foot. KAD 32 engine ones were better on fuel use but are slower low 20 cruise. Our V8 fuel was about 12-15 galls / hr cruise, but would cruise comfortably at 26 knots and bring a smile over 30+ on calm days
