Im in france and I have the siwindlrey of all swindlereies! So I'm going to pay through the nose for what I get but... The sooner I am out of the north of france the better.

That must be the case. Any slight movement will have caused the cracking, but not be a significant concern. GRP mouldings are flexible to a surprising extent.

True, GRP mouldings are flexible, but gelcoat is actually quite brittle, so the result is often that any flexing of the moulding results in gelcoat cracks. In a situation as described by the OP there may be a fair thickness of gelcoat leading to a deep but essentially cosmetic crack.

I don't know what the weather is like in Northern France but it's a bit chilly for epoxying...
