I have an old boat I’m restoring, lots of rot. Well, not aggressive rot that’s eating the hull, but needs taking care of never the less. I’ve been reading up on the CPES stuff from the Rot Doc and Smith.com. Rot Doc seems to have the best product for the job, nice helpful folks there too.
Thing is I’ve read a little on the West Systems stuff. Have been warned that West’s stuff don’t really do what the American and Scandinavian clear penetrating epoxy’s do, or as least not as well.
So my question is this: –
Spend the little extra on shipping and get the CPES shipped in from the Rot Doc? Or just go with West Systems for curing the rot problem?
Any help is greatly app, thanks
