Hello Classic Boaters. Do any of you have Cox and Haswell designed motor cruisers from the 60's and 70's? I have Spectrum Too of Poole at Chatham Marina. She is a 1973 vintage with twin 180 Sabres. Interested in hearing from anyone to share experiences on construction, problems, copious use of epoxy resin...

Was the Rapier 3100 a Cox and Haswell?

Cant help, I'm blind to anything other than a Fairey Marine Boat.

Yes, Ben, the Rapier was a C&H design. Faireys are fine (I'm a member of the FOC) and have 2 Spearfish models (one running and one under repair). In the 80's a friend had a Super Swordsman which was exciting.

Did not set off to be a C&H owner - just happened that a stonking deal came along and after spending some cash I have a 33 foot 22 knot classic which has run perfectly all season for the price of a Huntress with change. Can't see the family and dog would even have fitted into an H31 and given the summer a wheelhouse has been a godsend. Swordsman out of reach at the mo.
