Cowes Classic Powerboat Rally 2011

Hello.

Building on the success of the Rally in Torquay in August this year, Paul Hooper (Le Scarron hereabouts) and I have begun to plan another COPOC Rally to be held on August bank holiday weekend 2011 to coincide with the BPRC running the CTC race that weekend.

Looks good Ben!

Got my fingers crossed for some better weather this year although i thought i heard that based on the success of last year and the excellent safety cover provided the start chute will be up in the Solent this year rather than down past the Needles and the course will run down the western Solent before heading out across poole bay. Should make for a great sight!

i know there are some new boats in build at the moment to be running in the CTC so pit access would be great for any powerboat enthusiast!
