Costs of a lifeboat launching

This prompted by Freestyle's reply to a post recently:

How much does it cost to launch a lifeboat? Does anyone know?
If not just the direct cost in fuel, what about crews' pay, or do they get unpaid or paid leave from their jobs? What if they are self employed?
