Cost of 39000 litres of Diesel

Now we're coming close to the end of our re-fit in Malta we are now shopping around for some diesel.
What do you think is a good price?
How long would you expext it to take to fill up?
How long to pump out 12000 litres of black tank also?

I know the answers (bar the first question) but wonder what peoples workings will come up with.

fill up 5-6hrs cost 50cents litre €19500, dont know about the pump out of old stuff.
