Wish I could get the interest rates they work on and mooring costs 3 x what I pay.
Pro rated from south coast??

Calculator written by a boat club tyoe scheme. No wonder they wisht to inflate the cost of ownership.

If I subtracted £1000 from their swinging mooring costs the estimate is about right for me.

Its 3 times over my pontoon mooring, and 4 times over my DIY maintenance.

Ditto 5 times over my marina pontoon and 4 x DIY Maintenance.
Due to timing and boat price movements £10 k per annum out on appreciation.
I could NOT afford tge £25k per annum they quote

Just run through it for West Coast, mooring costs way over actual, (although our local council seem to think boat owners should fund 80% of council total expenditure), maintenance a bit low but not too far off.
