Also just noticed it's an old thread… but just for the info of anyone else browsing it, I believe that the chaps who build Flemings have taken over the 320 and after some mods now make the 340 (also in Taiwan)
The 320 was an amazing boat for space and being solid. If I have anything specific to contribute it's to check the hull. I've seen one where it was 'bent', meaning not true fore/aft!
A marine surveyor I know well, told me the other day that he'd found a ball of newspaper with a single layer of laminate over it on a keel extension on the Corvette 32 in the days before Fleming took them over, but probably after the original builder went bust.
