Corrosion of Metals in a Marine Environment

I am putting together a 5000 word paper for a chemical engineering assignment on the corrosion of metals in a marine environment. I understand that this is a wide topic and I may limit my paper to a particular metal. Such as stainless steel, bronze or aluminum. However for the moment I will consider all metals.

I know this topic has been covered extensively on this and other forums. However are there any particular papers or other resources on this topic that users have found useful?
