I'm with you on that one. I've got 3 sc folios and shortly to buy a fourth. IMHO the admiralty folios are excellent charts but are let down by the searchable NMs.
I bought the solent folio this time last year and started corrections last night. From the 1st three charts i have 29 bits of paper printed off to make corrections. Granted this is on the larger scale charts but even so thats a lot of corrections across the entire folio.
I haven't looked through properly yet but I've spotted one duplicate and one relating to French Coast caused obviously by the charts on which the chartlets are based covering such a wide area.
Would it really be such an effort for the admiralty to make NM searches searchable by SC folio as well.
