Yes, put this in it every year and forget about it, reading oil threads can wear you down more than the engine:

It is probably the same stuff as sailorman's but it is handy to buy and it wont break the bank.

Well I won't be shooting it down 'cos the Halfords "purple" stuff is exactly what I use in my 3YM30s.

Halfords are so vague about the spec, they've even got the size wrong!
If you click on the 'spec' tab, it comes up as 4 litres.

The only good thing about Halfords is they're open late.

The other good thing is that you get a very good discount if you know someone "in the trade" with a card.
