Coronado 35 - Quality - seaworthyness??

Is there anybody who could tell experiances about the Coronado 35, built by Playvisia in Spain? I heard different oppinions from seaworthy and roomy liveaboard Boat to a bad built cheap cruiser that is good for sailing along a coast only in good weather conditions.
Any hint will be appreciated

The only Coronado 35 I know of was produced in the U.S. in the early 70's. Are you sure it isn't one of those?

if it is the american boat, the comfort runs from 30-36 depending on boat as it appears that there may be 2 designs, and capsize ratio is 1.6-1.7.. 1.6/36, 1.7/30.
