If you want pontoon it will have to be one of the cork marinas (crosshaven etc) or Kinsale marinas. Anywhere else near cork will be swinging mooring or alongside/tidal

with my very limited expeience i would give royal cork yacht club a call. they would probably be able to accomadte u on a swinging mooring in crosshaven. you could anchor in drakes pool further up the river but for a month - maybe not. the other optionis the v friendly marine in east passage- it is cheaper and for a month u could probably get a good deal.

I can highly recomend Salve Marina in Crosshaven, less expensive than RCYC or Crosshaven Marina.
Marina owner is one of the good guys and will take good care of your boat.

RCYC will sort you out a swinging mooring at less than t he cost of a pontton berth. When are you off? I am making a similar trip, leaving Ramsgate 18th of June heading towards Cork/Kerry.
