Converting an Ali floor Sib to an Air Floor

So time ago I bought a high pressure air floor from Aliexpress to try and convert one of my little Ali floor sausage keel sibs to an air floor so that it is easy to use and light. I have only just gotten round to fitting it and given that this is a generic air floor it fits very well. I had to make some boards to fit below the floor between the sausage keel and the floor but I had some wood and that went ok. Here is a little video of the conversion.

It was rather confusing ordering from Ali express and they sent me the wrong floor initially bit after all the confusion they got it right. Cost of the floor was about £90

Far less hassle setting up and taking down. And considerable lighter.

If you have ever assembled an ali floor sib you would know what a pain it can be putting the floor stringers in .

It took a while but then the weather has turned pants and so cold most Welshmen will be staying indoors.

The conversion of the Ali floor sib to air floor is complete. This could be an option for a tender as it is very light, comes in 2 pieces and folds up smallish. With the right motor say a 9.8 2 smoker you can also has some fun in it.
