I am owning a Contest 30, one of 16 build yachts of this type build in Holland by Conyplex Cntest Yachts. I have made a website about my boat. Thanks for your reply, we are busy at this moment to start the C.Y.O.C contest yachts woners club, this will be a world wide club for contest owners, there will come a new C.Y.O.C. website must be online in a verry short time. When it is online I will let it know here on thise forum. If you know other owners tell them about the club, its verry nice to have a lot of members worldwide to share all kinds of information.

I have a 1969 conyplex contesta that is 27'. My Rutter bearing or bushing has worn out. Does anyone here know where to get a replacement?

Easy to have one made out of an acetal such as Delrin. Suggest you contact here ff-systems.co.uk the owner is a member of this forum and he makes rudder bearings to order.

I bought a 1992 Contest 38s, sight unseen. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic and travel restrictions, I was not able to set foot on her until >16 months after buying her. Of course, I didn't have the advantage of a sea trial, being there during the survey, etc. I have a simple, somewhat embarrassing question. Below the seat cushion at the nav station is a small storage bin as well as 2 levers. I don't know what these levers pertain to. Can someone tell me what these are for?
