They seem to have a problem confirming oily sizes & I hear a mail to the boss works wonders.

If you do a search on compass24 you will see a posting under buying online by Mike Wilkes maybe he could give you the email address it's worth trying a PM.
On the welcome note from Compass by Michael Dehler he says contact me if you have any problems but fails to give any contact details!

Ring them on 01380 813100...damned sight cheaper than that 0870 number, especially if you have free landline calls. Why should they get a percentage of your phone call cost anyway ??

I'll be ringing that number in the morning.
I've just had a look at the Sikaflex Primer which arrived from them a couple of days ago. It's out of date. This stuff isn't cheap; it works out at £365 (Yes, £365!!) per litre.

Why do I know that they are going to try to palm me off with some excuse to the effect that the best before date is irrelevant?

Sure enough, after many calls to them, I eventually get told that time expired primer will be OK. I told them that their own catalogue states that they will not answer technical queries on this stuff and that Sika say that it's passed its best. The idiot on the other end of the line then claims that he knows what he is talking about because he has skippered a boat!
