Compass readings on integrated systems

Has anyone ever managed to get all the compass readouts to agree, assuming you have things like chartplotters, radars, etc ? Even when you think you have set them up to all be True or Magnetic, I find they seem to disagree! Or is just me? It's not that important as they only differ slightly, but its just annoying.

I only said the other day. Mine are all over the place. Dont know what I'd do without the GPS and auto pilot. They seem to know where there going. Nothing else does!!

Old story...when you have a good clock you always know what time it is...more than one...you never know what time it really is.
