Compass correction magnets

My steering compass, made by a company long since gone, has four correcting needle magnets in the base. Alas, they are extremely rusty and have virtually lost their magnetism. Anyone know of a good source for replacements?

(I might consider making them myself but have no idea how strong the magnetism should be).

If the company long since gone was Sestrel, whose boat compasses commonly had this arrangement, send it to SIRS Navigation, in Kent.
