Am I just unlucky or is this the norm. ordered 3 sets of long johns 2 blue i grey. not too difficult. first delivery 2 blue tops 1 grey vest no bottoms.Phoned up explained the error etc etc. today received 1 pair of blue bottoms, no grey long johns no 2nd pair of bottoms. there must be an easier way of buying and receiving correct goods, now I`ll have to phone them again and try again. Is this the norm with this lot or am I just unlucky,please let me know if anyone else has had problems, or is this mob a bit close too home.

Just telephoned to see what`s happened to the other 2 pairs. they have all been sent out in seperate parcels to me.That sounds about as sensible and cost effective as i don`t know what,maybe what happy said about doing our own chandlery bit wasn`t so daft after all, we couldn`t do worse.
