I have just aquired a small unlabelled marine toilet and have definitely identified it as a Raritan Compact. I have a parts list for a Compact II, and everything looks identical to mine apart from the handle shape. Before I buy a repair kit I want to be sure mine isn't a Compact I not a II.
Does anyone know any vital difference I can use to identify mine more positively?

Parts in the service kits are not interchangeable between Compact I and II, so you do need to make sure you have the right kit.

Original Compact (CP I) has a round black knob that is pumped straight up and down. Intake water is connected to a fitting in the front of the pump and has a small stainless steel flip lever to control intake water.

Compact II - Has a "T" shaped white plastic handle that is pumped straight up and down. Intake water is connected behind (rear) the pump and has a plastic flip lever on the right side of the pump control intake water.

Compact II owners manual that includes an exploded drawing of the pump is here: http://www.raritaneng.com/pdf_files/compact_II/L219compactIIv0502.pdf

You can use it to compare the bits with your toilet.

PS - yes, I've found that diagram of the II. I was just worried in case the Compact I might look the same but be very slightly different in sizes, etc. You have settled it for me.
