We frequently seek to praise or to castigate a business for our perceptions of service received and there are often problems with 'pulled' posts. I understand that IPC - and other web publishers - want no truck with legal spats that we create and that costs them money to resolve, so it is probable that the Censor-Trolls in the dungeons underneath IPC Towers are trained to delete anything that may cause a faintly raised eyebrow in a litigation lawyer.

Nonetheless, there is an important issue of freedom of expression here, for which our laws rather get in the way. So, here's a suggestion, for others to ponder and pontificate....

Where we are pleased with a business service, there seems no constraint on saying so. Here's one way....

On the other hand, if we're unpleased, could we not do something like this.....?

The above could be a business card or perhaps a bill. Maybe Dan the Man might guide us to making 'No Comment At All' about a place we're ill-disposed to favour again with custom. Whatd'yoothink?
